Web site requirements, design and programming
As a preliminary step, MSB will develop a detailed requirements specification and design artifacts outlining the web application’s content and functionality. This will enable you to see and validate the scope of the project, page content and functionality. The site will then be developed based on the agreed upon scope, using the appropriate technology.

Custom graphic design
Because of the unique nature of your web application, it may be necessary to create custom graphics, logos, and art unlike any used in other promotional materials. For instance, a two-color logo that appears on company letterhead could appear in four-color on the web, even incorporate some type of animation (e.g. a spinning globe). Backgrounds, bullets, and buttons can be created that tie into a central theme and color scheme. Additionally, photos may be scanned and placed on the site, or incorporated into other artwork.

- HTML v4.01, Javascript 1.3, Java 1.4 compliancy is assumed. Browsers that do not support these standards may not display pages correctly. Earlier standards can be coded for, but at a loss of functionality and/or increased cost.
- The costs of minor adjustments are included in the bid. Major changes to the original specification will be processed as a change request, additional to the original scope.
